本中心創立於2021年10月，目前已招募二十餘位 Faculty Fellows，GFIT 成員現正著手於各自的研發主題，並參與醫療展、成果發表會及競賽，並獲得總統創新獎及國家新創獎等殊榮。

TMU biodesign center植根北醫醫療體系， 帶領跨域人才深入直擊醫療痛點，嚴謹辯證醫療未竟需求。透過系統化工程精準實現從概念到原型品的轉譯，並媒合產業專家共構商業藍圖，讓臨床發現不再只是觀察，而是能真實落地優化病患生命的關鍵解決方案。
Rooted in the TMU healthcare ecosystem, TMU Biodesign leads multidisciplinary talents to dive deep into clinical frontlines to rigorously validate unmet medical needs. Through systematic engineering, we precisely translate concepts into prototypes and bridge industry expertise to co-construct business blueprints—transforming clinical discoveries from mere observations into real-world, implemented solutions that optimize patient lives.
